Fowler & Hammer NewsJune 19, 2009 Fowler & Hammer, Inc. has begun work on Holmen's Halfway Creek Park Improvements Project Halfway Creek Park Improvements Phase 2 includes the construction of a new amphitheater with restrooms out of masonry block and steel. This new amphitheater will complement the other amenities in the park, including: the trailhead for Halfway Creek Trail, enclosed shelters, playground open shelters, picnic areas, horseshoe pits, and a volleyball court.
