Project Description:
The Newman Center Addition & Alterations project is scheduled to start Monday, August 18th. Project manager Pete Stuber is excited to get things rolling. Don Frank will be the Superintendent on the project. Included in the Newman Center project are two additions to the north side of the existing building as well as a 25 ft. wide glass curtain wall at the main entrance. The project will be divided into 3 phases. The first phase of the project includes a new HVAC system with 1 15-ton AHU and 2 20-ton roof top units.
