Project Description:
What started life back in the 1880s as a general storage building for the John Gund Brewing Company is today being transformed into a state of the art data center for Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center. This four story steel and masonry structure is going under a complete historical renovation. The facility has been designed to withstand disaster conditions.
At the completion of the renovation, the building will have earned LEED certification.
