Fowler and Hammer, Inc. is proud to announce that our new office building received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification at the Silver level. This LEED certification identifies Fowler & Hammer’s office building as a pioneering example of sustainable design and demonstrates our leadership in transforming the construction industry.
Special elements included in our building are low-flow water fixtures, ambient natural lighting, radiant in-floor heat, and locally sourced/recycled materials. These features have allowed us to achieve a 21% increase in energy performance over traditional construction methods. Additionally, 95% percent of construction waste was diverted from landfills during the project.
