Fowler & Hammer, Inc. is once again being recognized by the La Crosse Area Occupational Safety and Health Council for outstanding occupational safety practices. Eight other area companies were also recognized Monday afternoon at Boot Hill Pub in La Crosse for falling within industry incident rate standards for 2016.
