FOWLER & HAMMER EMPLOYEES SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE HEALTHCARE CONSTRUCTION TRAINING

Fifty-one of Fowler & Hammer’s employees have successfully completed the Construction IRCA: Best Practices in Healthcare Construction training program provided by the Carpenters International Training Fund (CITF).

This training program focuses on how to reduce the risk of contamination while working in occupied healthcare facilities.

Employees learned strategies for containing pathogens, controlling airflow, protecting patients, and productively performing work without disrupting adjacent operations. Employees also learned to be aware of hazards like asbestos, lead, mold, silica, and other materials, in addition to blood-borne pathogens.
