Matt Strub, left, and Bob Kuecker of Fowler and Hammer install a new sculpture on the Viterbo University campus. The stained glass sculpture, “Symphonic Joy,” was designed and crafted by local artist Elmer Petersen and is a gift from Dick Record in honor of the La Crosse Symphony Orchestra.
